HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard Domestic USPS Shipping: 7-14 weeks fulfillment time.
Standard (INTL): 3-4 weeks estimated from order date.

REFUND POLICY

BEFORE RECEIVED:

Refunds will only be allowed before one of our artists have started your order (up to 2 hours after purchase).

AFTER RECEIVED:

Because these are one of a kind products with a picture of your pet, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. If you are not happy with your final art design, we will make it right. Contact us with any concerns.

We believe all pets are created equal! Whether it's a cat, dog, fish, bird or more, we will make anything your heart desires!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Immediately after you place your order, your pet's image is sent to one of our artists. Please allow 3-5 days for the design to be completed, and another 3-4 days for the product to be shipped. On average, you can expect 2-4 weeks delivery time from when you placed your order to the time you receive your Pet Print's product.We promise it's worth the wait!

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE PET ON MY PET PRINTS PRODUCT?

At this time, we advice 1 pet pet necklace.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER IT WAS PLACED?

All changes must be made to an order within 4 hours after the time which it was placed. Keep in mind that we send your pet uploads to our artists directly after you purchase!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, absolutely! International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
